And since the problem occurs in "normal" Windows, it's also indicative of a problem application which doesn't run in Safe Mode.. In safe mode I ran hitmanpro36 and it found cookies.I ran malwarebytes and it said clean.I tried to install adaware that I had on desktop. I hope that there is nothing that needs replacing.
