I can use 3rd party plugins for flash and they work fine.... You can get to this area by pressing the Control+Shift+Delete keys. I started to see lock-ups even after the Flash uninstall -- scrolling in and out in Google Maps, for example, which is not Flash-based. Cause: Google Chrome....install Opera browser....NO ISSUES. Alice, I know that the Adobe Flash Player is the problem so starting in Safe Mode isn't a real solution.

After trying everything suggested here and on other sites to no avail, I found out the problem was the wireless pci card driver. Recently built pc appears to be randomly freezing on mobo flash up screen and during normal pc use.
