I like many other users am running windows 7 ultimate, explorer.exe is crashing and so is task manager so i am unable to start the process manually. It would help us if you would indicate if you have such a disk. Rebooting didnt help at all either. I have a Radeon 1300 video driver if it relates to this problem. Either Windows 7 has a bug or one of the later updates in November created the problem.
