Went to task manager, explorer.exe was running and things were slowly loading, but never showed up. Search-and-destroy Antispyware is one of the best that I've used so far and it's even cheaper than some of the better known scans like Norton and similar scanners. CTR+ALT+DEL then go to task manager then new task then type in explorer.exe then it works.
